DIRECTIONS:
- Apply over gel polish colour coat. Cure with LED or UV light.
- LED Cure Time - 30 Seconds. UV Cure Time - 2 Minutes.
- Please note that this is a non-wipe velvet matte gel polish top coat, so no tacky layer.
